We try as hard as possible to make sure each of our fellow F150 owners are overly pleased with our products, but we know sometimes an exchange or part replacement may be needed. That is why we have made the process as easy and transparent as possible with automatic requests, email status updates, and, in some cases, FREE no-hassle return shipping labels.

If you need an item replaced under warranty we will provide FREE no-hassle return shipping labels for parts that need replacing.

Do I need to return items for a refund or exchange?

Yes, in order to prevent abuse we require that any part(s) be sent back for inspection before replacement(s), refunds, or credit can be issued.

When does the return window start?

It begins immediately at the time of purchase. You have 30 days to return the item for credit or refund, 60 days to return the item for credit, and a full 1-year warranty exchange period.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

Yes! We offer FREE no-hassle return labels for items being returned for credit or for replacement under warranty. International orders or Items being sent back for refunds do not receive return labels or reimbursement for shipping.

What if I am not in the USA?

No problem, please contact us directly to help resolve your issue/return. We are unable to send shipping labels for international orders or reimburse return shipping costs.

What will be sent back for replacements?

We will send exactly what is being replaced or will send upgraded models if available.

How do warranty claims affect warranty period?

Your warranty period is good from the original date of purchase, it does not change nor is it transferable. Each component is only replaceable once during your warranty period.

Do I have to use the same email that the order was made with?

Yes, we track your order history etc based on the email you use when you place your order(s) so you will need the email associated with each order(s).

When is the last day for me to file a claim?

You must submit your claim to us no later than one year from your original purchase date.

Do you access restocking fees for returns?

There are no restocking fees for items returned for credit. If you send back item(s) for refund they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if we are deemed not at fault.

Do I have to use the return portal?

Yes. Any items mailed to us without their RMA number on their package will be returned to the sender. Any packages sent to us with insufficient postage will be returned to the sender.
