Was my order successful?


If your order was successful you will see a success screen and will also receive an order confirmation email (sent to the email provided with your order).


If you do not see an order success screen, you may need to re-attempt your order. Your payment method may show a pending charge, but it will not be accepted because your attempt was not successful. Any pending charge(s) will automatically be removed by your financial service. A charge will only stay if the order request was successful.


Please confirm your card details such as billing address (sometimes different than shipping address) before re-attempting, or use a different payment method. You may also attempt from a different browser or device if you continue to experience difficulty checking out.
