How long does it take for my order to ship? . . .

We strive to be incredibly quick in processing each and every order.
Our goal is to have your item(s) fully processed, delivered for shipment and en route to your destination in less than 24 hours from when your order is placed. (working days)
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain a tracking code. This confirmation is sent to the email you provided with your order.

How do I track my package?. . .

Every order will receive a shipping tracking number with your shipping confirmation e-mail.
You can click on the tracking code on the email or visit this link https://tools.usps.com/go/trackconfirmaction_input and enter your code to track your package.

My tracking does not seem to be updating? . . .

Tracking is handled by the shipping service. While typically very good, the updating can be errant and unpredictable.
Many times it can simply be that we are still processing your item but have pre-informed usps of your package to ensure that fastest shipment possible once the item is complete.
Do not be alarmed if your updates seem to be slow, or if your package has not left a single location in 48 hours. Please be patient as any delays typically are worked out by the postal organization.

How much will shipping be to location 'A' with products 'X', 'Y' & 'Z'?. . .

Your exact shipping fee is based on your location and the contents of your order.
Placing your items into your cart and entering your shipping address in at checkout will enable the shipping calculator to tell you exactly what your shipment fee will be to any location with any combination of products.

Are their any duty fees on international shipments?. . .

Almost all of our shipments will be duty free, but we cannot guarantee it.
There are no duty fees for packages shipped within the usa.
For shipments to the americas, most will be duty free in accordance with the north american free trade act. You can find more information by clicking here.
For shipments outside the usa and america's you will need to consult your government's policies. Our experience has been that very few have had to pay such custom fees.
We cannot guarantee no fees etc as your situation may be different and we are in no way responsible for any additional fees.
