Standard vs. Wireless harnesses . . .
The wireless harness allows you to simply connect a receiver module and the led bar directly to your battery and allows you to operate the bar remotely using a key fob style remote. This eliminates the need to run wire into the cab of the truck and mount an install switch or run to a separate power source. This remote also has a built in flasher function whereas the wireless harness does not have that feature.
Do I have to run wire into my cab for the wireless harness? . . .
The wireless harness allows you to hook the bar and receive directly to your battery and be done! No need to run wire into the cab of the truck!
how does the wireless remote work/look? . . .
Check out this fellow F150leds supporter who made a video and included the wireless remote!
I am looking to purchasing both of these light bars and I'm wanting both of them to power on and off with the same switch is this possible? . . .
Yes you can certainly do this. We recommend using an individual harness for each bar and then tie them into the same switch unit.
Where can I buy a harness or mounts alone? . . .
You can use the below link to purchase mounting hardware and/or harness. The 42” harness is also for the 32” and 22” LED bars.

Are these legal for road use? . . .
They are legal for on road use but you can be pulled over if you are deemed to be impairing other drivers vision so we recommend not using them constantly against oncoming traffic. They are bright!
How much light is blocked by the grills when mounting the bar behind the grills? . . .
Due to the refractive properties of light, very minimal light is lost due to the bars location behind the grill. It can vary based on your grill but you only lose about 5-12% by placing the light behind the grill.
Can the 42” bars be installed on 2009-14 ecoboost engines? . . .
Yes, our 42" bars are designed to fit perfectly directly over the inter-cooler and will work great on your Ecoboost F150!
Can you install the lower intake bars on the ecoboost engines? Will it affect air flow? . . .
We have served thousands of fellow F150 owners and no one has ever had a single problem with air flow. The intake still get copious amounts of air so you will not see any loss of performance or negative impact.
